The only possible complaint is that one item was slightly damaged by the the placement of another (tape residue from a sticker's packaging made it stick to a doujinshi), but apart from that everything was great.
The parcel as a whole arrived in excellent condition, and incredibly fast.
I'll definitely be using this service again, and have already recommended her site to other users~

I've used her service twice now and been pretty happy both times; I really appreciate the thorough descriptions of what I'm getting and the different options, and also that she's been honest and realistic about the states of items and shipping situations, so if something might get damaged or there was a mistake made somewhere along the way that could result in damage, she's told me so. The whole process is really fast and she's very professional, but also easy to speak to and very patient when I had a lot of questions/changes to my orders. Definitely will use this service again! Thanks!

I ordered two boxes to be shipped out to my country, and it went smoothly until it went into customs,as i was heavily and unfairly taxed and my items were kept until i could provide a receipt showing the prices of each item,(so they can charge tax per item). Angie was a sweet heart and helped me even if her end of the deal was done, she gave extra effort to help me find a way around it and to solve the problem. she printed me out a 'fake' receipt that was cheaper, so that i wouldnt have to pay an exaggerated amount of money (twice the original price per item @_@) for the items i bought :3 all went well and i safely got my items complete and in good condition ♥
i would definitively be using her service again for future buys >u<

Additional comments: The reason i picked her is because of the communication. It was first rate and top notch. Everything i ordered not only was described to me but she gave me pictures. The package i expected to be HUGE but she had everything placed snug and well. It was like looking at a game of tetris. I Love her shopping service and WILL use her again in the future.

I bought a Kidsyoyo custom size shirt and it was even better than I expected. Material was excellent and it fit me very nicely. Kurodatenshi was very helpful when I wasn't sure how to get the right measurements but with her help, I managed to get the correct measurements.

The shirt was packed into a very small box but it suffered no damage so there was no problem there but it might not be suitable for clothes that can't be compressed.

There was a small delay in sending the parcel out, but nothing unbearable or worth a lower rating. Everything showed up quickly and in perfect condition, after that!
Extremely helpful, and even managed to confirm an item I've really needed was in a lot, despite being unpictured.
There's absolutely no better service to get Ruten items through.
